6 Day Sale

  1. 2012 Anniversary Sale offer is valid for new individual bookings only for all Azamara Club Cruises, these are: Azamara Jouney: 17/7/2012, 28/7/2012,8/8/23012, 20/8/2012,1/9/2012, 12/9/2012, 23/9/2012, 4/10/2012 and 15/10/2012.  Azamara Quest: 27/6/2012, 8/7/2012, 15/7/2012,15/7/2012,12/8/2012 and 25/9/2012.
  2. New bookings must be made between 17-May-2012, and 22-May-2012, and must have required deposit paid by the end of business on 22-May-2012 to qualify for the offer. 
  3. Offer applies to Oceanview or higher categories only.
  4. Offer is not valid for charter or group bookings.
  5. Onboard spend amount is in U.S. Dollars, has no cash value, is not redeemable for cash, is not transferable and will expire if not used by 10:00 PM on the last evening of the cruise. 
  6. Onboard spend will be applied by Azamara Club Cruises to qualifying bookings within 10 days of booking creation. 
  7. Any existing booking that is cancelled and re-booked within 7 days prior to the first day of the Anniversary Sale (17-May-2012) and is re-booked for the same ship and sailing within the Valentines Sale dates will not be eligible for the offer. 
  8. Any eligible booking that is modified (ship and/or sail date) or cancelled and then re-instated after 22-May-2012 will no longer be eligible for the offer. 
  9. Offer is applicable to online bookings, however online booking confirmation will not immediately reflect the onboard spend. 
  10. All rates, offers and itineraries are subject to change without notice. Offers may be withdrawn at any time. 
  11. Certain restrictions apply. 



Free Flights

  1. The Free Air promotion is applicable to selected Azamara Club Cruises sailings in 2012 (JR/QS sail dates run from 29th May - 16th October 2012)
  2. The Free Air promotion includes airfare, taxes/fees, transfers & pre and/or post night stay in resort if required.
  3. The Free Air promotion is applicable to 1st and 2nd full fare paying guests. Additional guests on each booking will pay full airfare, taxes/fees, transfer & accoommodation costs.
  4. The Free Air promotion is based on oceanview staterooms and above. Interior staterooms are not included in the promotion and all categories are subject to availability.
  5. Stateroom categories applicable to the Free or Reduced Air promotion will have pricecode starting with 'AR'.  Any other price codes are not valid for free air.
  6. The Free Air promotion is based on selected UK & ROI gateways including LHR, MAN, GLA & DUB. All gateways are subject to availability.
  7. The Free Air promotion will include a pre and/or post night hotel stay in embarkation/disembarkation resort which will be included in the costs of the price. Subject to availability.
  8. The offers are only applicable to new bookings created and confirmed (BK status) between 1 -31st May 2012 on an applicable ship, sailing date, UK gateway and 'ARF' price code.
  9. This promotion is subject to cruise holiday being packaged with specific airlines selected by Azamara Club Cruises at its absolute and sole discretion. Any changes requested to a booking shall be subject to Azamara Club Cruises UK booking conditions. For the avoidance of doubt, where Azamara Club Cruises agrees to provide alternative flight arrangements at the request of lead guest for guest and party, an administration fee and the full air fare for any alternative flight arrangements shall be payable for each person in party.
  10. The Free Air promotion is applicable to groups. 'ARF' pricecode can be added to your group (based on the selected categories that are applicable to the free air promotion). Current GTY staterooms that are held within an applicable group will remain and inventory shared between standard pricecode and the 'ARF' free air pricecode.
  11. Free Air is subject to availability and we will not honour the total amount of cabins held within a group on the 'ARF' pricecode.
  12. Free Air is combinable with group benefits including GAP and TC's. Once a sailing is no longer applicable for free air due to availability or the promotion finishes the group will keep the original pricecode for the remainder of the group. Additional GTY cabins maybe added to the groups aslong as they are available to do so at prevailing rate. All standard group terms and conditions apply.
  13. The offer is not applicable to Travel Agent Rates/Interline Rates/Nett Tour Op Rates/Gross Tour Op Rates/Closed User or any form of Non Revenue price programs for example but not exclusive to: Seminars at Sea, Perishable Inventory, Complimentary prize winner staterooms.
  14. The offer is combinable with Captain's Club/Crown & Anchor savings vouchers and Future Cruise Certificates only.
  15. The offer is subject to availability and can be removed from any sailing without notice.
  16. The applicable 'selected' sailings are detailed overleaf.
  17. The offer is combinable to bookings made onboard via our Future Cruise Consultants providing that the above conditions are met and is subject to availability.

Back to Back Savings

  1. The back to back savings are per voyage when booking selected consecutive Azamara Club Cruises voyages.               
  2. The back to back savings are combinable with the Early Booking Discount and free flights promotion.               
  3. The back to back savings promotion is subject to availability.                                   
  4. The back to back savings are only applicable on consecutive cruise. Should one leg be cancelled after the discount is applied, both discounts will be removed from the bookings.
  5. The back to back savings are not applicable to groups.                                       
  6. The back to back savings will be applied at the time of booking by Azamara Club Cruises                       
  7. The back to back savings are £200 per voyage for durations 8nts or less, £300 per voyage for durations 9nts or longer.       
  8. The back to back savings codes are SAW9 per voyage for durations 8nts or less and SAX1 per voyage for durations 9nts or longer.                                                           
  9. The back to back savings are not applicable to Travel Agent Rates/Interline Rates/Nett Tour Op Rates/Gross Tour Op Rates/Closed User or any form of Non Revenue price programs for example but not exclusive to: Seminars at Sea, Perishable Inventory, Complimentary prize winner staterooms.                                 
  10. The back to back savings are combinable with Captain's Club/Crown & Anchor savings vouchers and Future Cruise Certificates only.                                                          
  11. The back to back savings are not combinable with any other offer unless stated above.

  13. The back to back savings are combinable to bookings made onboard via our Future Cruise Consultants providing that the above conditions are met.

Free Balcony Upgrade

  1. Free balcony upgrade is applicable to selected sailings in 2012 booked between 1st  - 31st May 2012.
  2. Free balcony upgrade is based on balconies that are priced the same price as the category 8 oceanview staterooms.
  3. Free balcony upgrade offer is combinable with the Free Air promotion, BTB savings, Captains Club loyalty savings vouchers/promotions and Future Cruise Certificates only.
  4. The balcony upgrade promotion is subject to availability and we reserve the right to adjust/withdraw ships and sailing dates from the promotion at anytime.
  5. Bookings that are created within the stated promotion period but that subsequently move to either a lower price program and/or non applicable ship and sailing date will not retain the promotion offer.
  6. Free balcony upgrade is applicable to new individual and group bookings.

Low Price Single Supplement

  1. The 125% Single Supplements on selected Azamara Club Cruises applies to the cruise fare only.
  2. All other payable elements within the booking including, but not limited to, air fares, NCCF, Taxes.
  3. The 125% single supplemts is combinable with other offers including free air and free balcony upgrade where specified.
  4. The 125% single supplement promotion is subject to availability and we reserve the right to adjust/withdraw ships and sailing dates from the promotion at anytime.

50% Off Shore Excursions and Land Discoveries

  1. 50% savings on 2012 Land Discoveries is valid for full fare bookings on all 2012 voyages if pre-booked online at AzamaraClubCruises.com/LandDiscoveries, and is not available once onboard ship.
  2. Land Discovery offers 50% savings on most Azamara Land Discoveries; but excludes tours including a flight and/or hotel, special ticketed events such as the Monaco Grand Prix, Rio Carnival, concerts and other ticketed performances, as well as private arrangements.
  3. Once guests have made at least one payment toward their voyage, Land Discoveries tours can be booked online beginning four months prior to each season. Booking number, ship name and sail date are required when booking online, and bookings can be made until 4 days prior to sailing date.
  4. Land Discovery reservations accepted on a first come, first served basis, and are subject to availability.
  5. Land Discovery offers are not available for chartered voyages.
  6. Cancellation penalties apply to Land Discoveries reservations cancelled less than 24 hours prior to day of shore excursion.
  7. This program is subject to change, and may be withdrawn at any time without prior written notice.


Save on 2013 Bookings (early booking offer)

  1. This offer is applicable to all sailings on Azamara Journey between January 19th and December 23rd 2013, and Azamara Quest from February 12th to December 20th 2013 (except 23rd May 2013)
  2. The Early Booking Offer is applicable to 1st and 2nd full fare paying guests. Additional guests on each booking are not applicable to the savings.
  3. The Early Booking Offer is only applicable to new bookings created and confirmed (BK status) between 6th October - 30th June 2012 on an applicable sailing date.
  4. The Early Booking Offer is not applicable to Travel Agent Rates / Interline Rates / Nett Tour Op Rates / Gross Tour Op Rates / or any form of Non Revenue price programs for example but not exclusive to: Seminars at Sea, Perishable Inventory, Complimentary prize winner staterooms.
