Embarkation/Disembarkation
Embarkation
It is the guest's responsibility to arrive on time for boarding. Please check with your travel agent to confirm boarding and departure times. Individual ticketed reservations will be held as late as 90 minutes before the vessel's scheduled departure without risk of automatic cancellation, or you may check in ahead of time using
Online Check-in. Failure to check in at least 90 minutes in advance will constitute a no-show. Your booking will be canceled and cancellation charges will be assessed.
New Government Regulations:
Due to new government regulations requiring cruise lines to submit final departure manifests at least 60 minutes prior to sailing, guests are requested to complete Online Check-in no later than 3 days prior to their cruise. If you have not completed Online Check-in, you will be required to complete this process at the pier two hours prior to the published sailing time.
Please note: Xpress Pass guests whose cruise departs from ports in the United States are required to be at the pier and checked-in no later than 90 minutes prior to the published sailing time or you may not be permitted to board. For a cruise that departs from other ports not in the United States, please verify boarding information in your Guest Ticket Booklet.
CruiseCare Vacation Protection includes Trip Delay coverage up to $500. If you miss the departure of your trip due to carrier-caused delays or other covered reasons, the plan reimburses you for additional accommodations, meals and "catch-up" transportation expenses.
Immigration
You are responsible for bringing all travel documents, such as passports, visas and proof of citizenship, required for boarding the vessel in the country in which you embark on the ship; and for entry or re-entry into the country in which you disembark. For detailed information,

For onboard purchases, you will be provided with a Seapass Account. The shops, lounges, shore excursions, and the spa operate on a cashless system; therefore you must use your Seapass Account when purchasing beverages and services throughout the ship. Your account will be validated upon embarkation by using a Visa, MasterCard, or American Express credit card. Accounts can also be settled by cash or travelers checks. At the end of your cruise, you will receive a completely itemized statement reflecting your charges.
Porterage
For your convenience, porters are normally available at the airport and at the pier to take your baggage from curbside to your ship. Remember to keep your valuables and fragile items with you.
Disembarkation
The cruise staff will give you instructions about disembarkation procedures and assist with any special arrangements. Here are some points to keep in mind:
• Guests are disembarked by color codes according to flight departure times.
• Time to disembark varies based on how long it takes the ship to clear customs.
• Bags will be collected from outside your stateroom on the last night on board.
• Make sure bags are properly tagged
• Keep a carry-on bag with things you'll need on the last night (clothes, medications, toiletries, etc.).
